MGA Reviews uses artificial intelligence and automated tools to support parts of its editorial, research and product-development work.
These tools may assist with preliminary research, drafting, summarisation, translation, transcription, data organisation, classification and internal production workflows. AI tools do not replace human editorial responsibility.
Human review
All editorial content is reviewed by a human before publication. The responsible editor or writer must assess the accuracy, relevance and clarity of AI-assisted material. Important factual claims should be checked against reliable sources.
We do not knowingly publish raw, unreviewed AI-generated articles. AI systems do not receive author bylines; the named author and relevant editor remain responsible for published work.
Sources and verification
An AI-generated response is not treated as a source. Regulatory, legal, financial and statistical claims should be verified using appropriate supporting material. AI-generated quotations must not be published unless checked against an original recording, transcript, document or direct communication.
Images and media
Materially AI-generated or altered images that could reasonably be mistaken for documentary photography will be labelled appropriately. AI tools must not be used to create misleading representations of real events or people.
Confidential information
Team members should not knowingly enter confidential source material, unpublished commercially sensitive information or unnecessary personal information into third-party AI systems.
