Affiliate Leaders Summit 2026 will feature a dedicated Conversion Conf stage focused on the operational, commercial and technology challenges facing affiliate businesses, with programming organised around scale, growth and artificial intelligence.
The stage has been developed with Conversion Conf, a global affiliate and performance marketing event organiser. Its programme will bring together affiliate founders, media buyers, marketers, commercial leaders and technology specialists for sessions aimed at providing practical solutions to day-to-day business issues.
The Scale track will run on Tuesday, 29 September, followed by Growth on Wednesday, 30 September, and AI on Thursday, 1 October.
Scale: Teams, systems and sustainable expansion
The opening day will examine how affiliates can build the structures and processes required to expand without creating operational bottlenecks. Sessions will cover streamlined operations, stronger sales functions and automation designed to reduce manual workloads.
The programme will also look at how affiliate partnerships are moving beyond lead generation and the considerations founders face when progressing their businesses to the next stage.
Sessions include “From Small Team to Scalable Company: Building Systems That Work”, “Beyond Leads: Building a Scalable B2B Marketing Strategy for 2026” and “Scaling in 2026: What Every Founder Needs to Know”.
“As the bridge between operators, platforms and players, affiliates are often among the first to feel the impact of change, and the speed of this change is increasing,” said Rasmus Sojmark, CEO and Founder of SBC.
“That is why our partnership with Conversion Conf is so important. They understand the challenges affiliate businesses are dealing with every day, and together we’ve built a programme that gets to the heart of how to solve them.”
Growth and AI
The Growth track will focus on audience development, alternative traffic sources and acquisition strategies across TikTok, Telegram and influencer marketing. It will also cover the creative systems and internal processes media buying teams are using to increase spend and improve performance.
Topics include influencer partnerships, identifying and scaling high-profit iGaming markets, and the effect of Gen Z behaviour on iGaming marketing.
The final day will consider how AI can improve speed, efficiency and performance while retaining human judgement and creative expertise. Sessions will address team structures, creative production, SEO, organic traffic and the balance between AI-generated content and original work.
Speakers include Aleksandr Flint, Dmitriy Belianin, Nikolay Nice, Mike Waizman, Angelina Miko, Manish Chhabra, Ashley Wright and Nefeli Papadopoulou, among others.
Lana Rossi, CEO of Conversion Conf, said the programme would focus on problems affiliates face now rather than issues that may become important in two or three years.
Affiliate Leaders Summit will take place from 29 September to 1 October 2026 at the Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL) and MEO Arena, with 10,000 industry professionals expected for three days of networking, exhibition and education. Access to the Conversion Club stage is reserved for Affiliate Leaders Summit VIP Pass holders, while affiliates may be eligible for a free pass.
